PROJECT description:

The project is set to feature a three-story single-family residence with an attached two car garage and two uncovered parking spaces. The exterior design will encompass a swimming pool, deck, driveway, outdoor stairs, and additional hardscaping elements.

The architectural composition consists of four distinct yet interconnected volumes. Each volume maintains functional independence while being visually and practically linked to adjacent volumes through connecting bridges.

The design strategically leverages the sloping mountain topography, with the volumes distributed at varying elevations. The roof angles align with the mountain slope, minimizing environmental impact and preserving sightlines to the fullest extent.
