PROJECT description: 

Located on Buena Suerte Road in Yucca Valley, the property is slated for the development of an innovative single-family dwelling. The proposed architectural design features a one-story residence seamlessly integrated with a two-car attached garage. Exterior elements include an integrated swimming pool, jacuzzi, deck, driveway, and additional hardscaping elements, all thoughtfully arranged to enhance the ambient experience.

The design draws inspiration from a series of three concentric circles arranged linearly. The two smaller circles constitute the primary living spaces, while the largest circle is conceptualized as an open courtyard. These elements are unified under a cohesive architectural shell, creating a harmonious balance between solid structures and open space.

Given the property's desert locale, the design strategically addresses the arid climate. The central courtyard, with its pool and landscaped green areas, facilitates evaporative cooling, effectively reducing ambient temperatures during the scorching summer months. Additionally, the elevated rear portion of the shell establishes a convection space, working in tandem with the courtyard to promote natural airflow throughout the residence. This passive cooling strategy not only enhances comfort but also significantly lowers energy consumption, making the design both sustainable and efficient.
